Taking into account that one of the common practices they maintain when planning their trip is to find a service platform that provides them with a connection between air and ground transportation all the way to their hotel, to feel more secure.
Then I wonder...
By creating a platform that offers women a one-stop-shop for all their travel needs.
I can increase traveling womans satisfaction and drive more profitability to the business.
So..., thats why this project primary goals were:
To facilitate the process of searching and buying a flight, I have mapped out five screens that the user will encounter along the way. For each screen, I have identified the necessary actions the user needs to take. Additionally, I have included features that may fulfill specific requirements mentioned earlier
The home screen is primarily promotional, making it crucial to use a striking image as the banner. This would effectively capture the attention of female visitors as soon as they land on the website.
After the customer interacts with our platform to search for their destination, they will be directed to our Destination and Recommendation screen. This is where we provide personalized recommendations based on the user's search history and travel preferences, making the entire travel planning process seamless and enjoyable. By leveraging our user's travel history, we can provide customized recommendations that align with their past experiences and preferences, ensuring a personalized and memorable travel experience
After selecting the dates of the trip, the results screen will display more specific information about hotels and accommodations.
Once the customer have selected one of the result options, you will be directed to a detail screen that provides comprehensive information about the hotel you have chosen. This screen is crucial in clarifying the details of your chosen hotel.
This screen provides customers a complete details about their stay, including the duration of the stay and the total cost of the reservation.

During the project, I recognized the importance of understanding how women search for trips. By identifying this behavior, it was easier to design the user journey of the website.
Second one
As a designer, it was challenging to differentiate the platform from existing generic platforms that have already gone through experimentation phases. However, targeting a specific audience presented a business opportunity to be more effective in selling the site.
Third one
By focusing on the needs and concerns of solo female travelers, the platform could provide a unique value proposition that sets it apart from generic travel platforms.

While I understand the importance of testing the design and product, time and scope limitations made it challenging to conduct thorough testing during the initial stages of the project. I decided to focus on designing and building the platform to the best of my ability, with the intention of testing it later.
